September 6th – A judge ruled that R-88 can be described in voter’s pamphlet as allowing racial quotas.

In an attempt to prevent voters from knowing that R-88 would allow quotas and take jobs away from veterans, the Approve R-88 campaign sued Reject R-88 campaign. The Reject R-88 campaign won the court case! R-88 can be described as allowing racial quotas.
